Agrafiotis Nurseries From a legacy WordPress site to a modern digital experience

I designed and implemented the new website for Agrafiotis Nurseries in Framer. The goal was cleaner navigation, better content organization, and substantial support for customer communication.

Project Overview & My Role

Agrafiotis Nurseries had an older WordPress website that did not properly serve visitors in terms of structure, usability, and easy access to information. The goal of the new project was to create a modern and clear website in Framer that correctly presents the nursery's species, organizes educational content, and strengthens communication with potential customers.

My role included the new site structure, navigation design, content organization, CMS implementation for dynamic sections, and the creation of a multi-step quote request form.

The challenge

The primary issue with the previous site was poorly structured information, making it difficult for visitors to find what they needed quickly. The business possessed significant educational material — videos and technical guides — without an organized experience to leverage it. A more functional lead-collection method was also needed so that quote requests arrived with substantial data about the species and the customer's needs.

The solution

The new website was designed in Framer with an emphasis on simple navigation. Core pages were created (Home, Species, About, Contact) along with a Knowledge Center featuring three sub-sections: Videos, Articles, and Technical Guides.

A CMS was used for managing the knowledge center and dynamic species sections. Special emphasis was placed on the Videos page, integrating the company's YouTube channel (11,000+ subscribers and 275+ videos) with filters and search for easier access to the content.

Additionally, a multi-step quote form via Tally was implemented so that interested parties can specify their species of interest and key cultivation details, helping the nursery prepare more targeted responses.

The result

The result is a modern, structured, and functional website that facilitates easier navigation and faster understanding of the nursery's services and species. The Knowledge Center became a core asset, leveraging existing educational content and adding value to the brand as a source of expert knowledge.

The new quote form also improved the quality of incoming leads, providing the nursery with useful information from the start to make more targeted proposals.
