Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected. They are used solely to reply to you and to handle any work that follows.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry and, if we go on to work together, performance of our contract. They are never used for newsletters or marketing, and are never sold to third parties.

How long data is kept

Enquiries that did not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and are then deleted.

Records relating to invoiced clients are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires, which is normally five years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party marketing trackers.

Google Analytics loads only after you press “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you choose “Reject”, it is not loaded at all and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer; withdrawing consent also deletes cookies that were already created.

A local record of your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so you are not asked again. It is never transmitted anywhere and lasts six months.

Who else processes data

The following providers support the running of this site and act as data processors:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
• Sanity — content management system; it stores no data about you, only the site’s content.
• Google Ireland Limited — traffic analytics, only with your consent.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers above are based in, or run infrastructure in, the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to:

• access the data concerning you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have it erased (“right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing, and
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any right, email info@framerworks.gr. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site’s tools or processes change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
